南澳华联会2026年度常年大会及选举议程如下：
南澳华联会将于 03/12/2026星期四上午，在华联会会所后座大礼堂举办2026年常年大会及进行华联会第25届理事的选举。
09:30am 在礼堂入口处由大会工作人员逐一核对会议参加的会员和领取选举票资格。（参加会员大会必须在03/12/2026为有效会员，每一家庭或个别会员必须入会连续满六个月,只能领取一选票）
11：00am 常年大会正式开始，会议分为两个部分

第一部分 常年会员大会议程：
1：大会通过2025年度年会员大会报告。
 
2：2026届常年大会主席（许榕会长）报告。
3：社工服务及其他各组组长报告。
4：中文学校报告。
5：财政报告。

 第二部分 第25届理事会选举大会

1、由选举委员会介绍候选人名单及简介，并宣布选举方案。
2、介绍结束后由选举委员会宣布投票开始，根据会议实际进展情况确定宣告投票截止时间。
3、中间休息由高龄组和选举委员会配合，继续组办生日会和选举工作。
4、投票截止后由监察委员会投票封箱，理事会继续议程。
5、监察委员会和选举委员会准备好：打开投票箱，选举委员会开始唱票并公开记录及录像存档。
6、由选举委员会公布当选理事候选人。
7. 推选2027年公关人员。

The agenda for the 2026 AGM and elections of the OCASA is as follows: 

The South Australian Chinese Association will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting and the 25th Member election on Thursday 3rd December at the back community hall.

9:30am: Staffs at the hall entrance will check current membership of attending the meeting and verify their eligibility to receive a ballot. (Membership must be valid as of 03/12/2026 to attend the AGM, and each family or individual member must have been a member for at least six consecutive months. Only one ballot per membership is allowed.)

 

11:00am 2026 AGM and the 25th Boad Members Election.

Part One: Agenda of the AGM:

1. The conference approved the 2025 Annual Members Meeting report. 

2. The 2026 Annual Conference Report by Chair (President Ko Yong). 

3: The heads of various groups’ Reports of the OCASA. 

4: The Mandarin Language School Report. 

5: The Financial report. 

Part Two: The 25th Board Members Election:

1: The Election Committee introduces the candidates’ profiles and announces the election plan.

2: After the introduction, the Election Committee announces the start of voting and determines the voting deadline based on the actual progress of the meeting.

3: During the break, the Elder Group and the Election Committee will coordinate to continue organizing the birthday party and the election activities.

4: After the voting ends, the Supervisory Committee will seal the ballot box, and the Board of Directors will continue with the agenda.

5: The Supervisory Committee and the Election Committee get ready: open the ballot box, the Election Committee starts counting the votes and publicly records and videos of the process.

6: The Election Committee announces the elected board candidates.

7: Approve and confirm the 2027 OCASA Office Publisher.
